Everest Expedition 2007
During 2007, Russ Lamb (a senior assistant in our Employment Department) and Sam Kay (a senior assistant in the Investment Funds Group of our Corporate Department) went on an expedition to climb Mount Everest by way of the Southeast ridge, the same route that led to the successful first summit by Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay in 1953.

We are currently around 250 lawyers. We have grown steadily over the years and continue to grow; but it has been a carefully controlled organic growth rather than expansion by merger which could, we believe, lead to a dilution of both our culture and the quality of our service.
