Inspired Gaming Group PLC sale of pubs division and £40m placing of convertible preference shares
Travers Smith LLP is advising AIM-listed Inspired Gaming Group plc ("Inspired") on the sale of its Pubs Division to a subsidiary of RLMS Acquisitions Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Danoptra Holdings Limited and part of its Gamestec division ("Danoptra") and placing of convertible preference shares to raise £40m, before expenses (the "Placing").
