Travers Smith has been voted the top City firm and awarded the accreditation of Best Legal Adviser by Legal Week in its Client Satisfaction Report 2009.
The report is an annual survey of the heads of legal, general counsel, managing directors, financial directors and company secretaries at 683 UK companies, including 60% of the FTSE 100. Travers Smith was voted the leading City firm, with an overall score of 8.4 (all marks are out of 10), compared to a City firm average of 7.7. As well as highly favourable scores on cost, service delivery and commercial advice, we achieved a score of 9.4 for the quality of our legal advice, well ahead of the City firm average of 8.5.
