A Travers Smith team led by Head of Corporate Finance Spencer Summerfield, Head of Banking Jeremy Walsh and Restructuring Partner Peter Hughes have advised Blacks Leisure Group plc on its proposed restructuring, which involves two company voluntary arrangements, the extension of a standstill agreement for its existing facilities and the execution of new facilities totalling £42.5m from Bank of Scotland, with its Stock Exchange listing remaining intact.
