In a recently completed Client Satisfaction Review our clients were asked to outline the reasons they chose us in preference to our competitors. The key reasons cited were:- Partner-led service
Clients praised the consistent quality and personality of our assistants, noting that there appear to be no weak links.
Clients valued the fact the teams assisting them were not in a constant state of flux, reflecting the fact that we have one of the lowest attrition rates in the City (a fact partly due, perhaps, to the absence of billable hour targets).
Clients noted that we do not seek to provide them with a master class in the finer points of the law; we cut through the legalese and deliver clear guidance. They also commented that we focus only on the battles worth winning and on getting the deal done, and that we do not engage in unnecessary point scoring.
