Expertise - Commercial
The Commercial department has two main practice areas, one focused on general commercial contracts and joint ventures, the other on intellectual property and IT / e-commerce. Being able to draw on specialists across such a diverse range is a significant advantage, as complex commercial transactions rarely fit into neat boxes and often require an integrated understanding of a number of legal areas. The commercial partners offer a breadth of experience in a number of different sectors (media, manufacturing, property, retail and technology to name but a few) and, as a result, can bring a broader perspective to the transactions on which they advise.
