Travers Smith was voted UK Law Firm of the Year at the British Legal Awards 2007. The Corporate teamīs strong track record of success was also recognised, as they picked up the award for Mid-Market M&A Law Firm of the Year.
During 2007, Russ Lamb and Sam Kay went on an expedition to climb Mount Everest by way of the Southeast ridge, the same route that led to the successful first summit by Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay in 1953.
